We were tasked to clear gutters out at Fidelius in Bath regularly in order to keep them clean all seasons. It wasn’t too bad until we found a blockage. The water was coming out of the drain at back of down pipe, so we had to push it trough with a gutter scoop and clear all the mud out. Finally the level of water dropped significantly.
